Questions, answered
Is OmniCare a replacement for emergency services?
No. OmniCare can help you request an ambulance and alert your contacts, but it does not replace emergency services. In an emergency, always call 911 first.
Who can see my health records?
Only you and the providers you explicitly grant access to. You can review every access in “Who accessed my records” and revoke consent at any time.
Are the doctors and pharmacies verified?
Yes. Every provider goes through license and identity verification before they can see patients or fulfill orders on OmniCare.
Can I manage care for my family?
Yes. Add children, parents or other dependants to your account and book, order and keep records on their behalf.
Do you share my data with advertisers?
Never. We do not sell your data or share health information with advertisers, and optional analytics cookies stay off unless you turn them on.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can export your data or request deletion from your privacy settings. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.
