Template — this document describes how the software works and must be reviewed and completed by qualified legal counsel for your jurisdiction before production use.

OmniCare connects you with licensed healthcare professionals and services. It does not itself provide medical advice.

In an emergency

Call 911 immediately. OmniCare's SOS feature alerts our coordination team and your emergency contacts, but it never replaces 911 or other official emergency services.

Information in the app

Health content, self-assessments (such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7), reference ranges and reminders are for information only. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace an examination by a licensed professional.

Telehealth visits

Telehealth has limits: a clinician may decide that an in-person visit is needed. Some medicines, including many controlled substances, cannot be prescribed via telehealth except as federal and California law allow.

Lab results

Results are flagged against reference ranges for convenience. Always discuss results with your doctor, who will interpret them in the context of your health.

Mental health support

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 right away.
